Mark Groves is a relationship coach, blogger, speaker and sales consultant. He’s in love with science, psychology, and uncovering the mysteries of what makes great relationships work. Speaking of that, he’s certain there are no “secrets” when it comes to great relationships. Rather, he believes that all relationships are by design and we are all the architects of what we want.

Mark has written for The Purple Fig, Plenty of Fish, ManTalks and Trifecta Magazine and is the host of the podcast “Just The Tip”. When he’s not working with clients or studying to complete his Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, you’ll find him traveling the globe, playing in the mountains and ocean, or pretty much anything that gets his heart beating in the paradise that is Vancouver, BC.

Great Relationships Happen By Choice. We Create Them!

Often how we do one thing is how we do everything. Our fitness, finances, and all other areas of our lives usually have commonalities in what we’re consistently doing and not doing. Are we respecting our boundaries? Are we setting achievable goals? This leads us to relationships. What is it that separates happy couples from average or unhappy couples?I have always been really intrigued by what makes some relationships last and others not. I used to think it was the couples who were still together were the successful ones. I long since realized that staying together is not the only mark of a great relationship.

It’s the couples who are still happy who have my heart. So with that said:How do we let go of our past and be clear with what we want and need from love in our lives? How we get aligned to find the right relationship? What can we do to show up as the best version of us? What does the science say about what composes relationships that last? I’m really looking forward to chatting with each and every one of you! See you all on October 26th!
