Peter Toth

Having first visited Vancouver in 2007, Peter decided this was the place to be. After graduating with an Honours Double in Global Commerce and East Asian Economics from Western University, Peter took on progressively more complex roles in the world of commercial banking with one of the top five Canadian banks, ending up in places such as Toronto, Prince George, Whitehorse and finally Vancouver. He has advised C-level executives of Mid-Market companies on maximizing their strengths and leveraging their assets to grow their business. In his role, Peter excels at, and is passionate about business development and building trust amounts his peers and clients.

Peter strongly believes in a positive work-life balance and doesn’t need much to get out and be active. He enjoys most racquet sports and was active on the badminton circuit in Ontario for a number of years. With his move to Vancouver, Peter is now found beating the pavement training for a number of half-marathons as well as spinning his wheels preparing for the Whistler fondo and the Ride to Conquer cancer. He is developing a passion for anything nature related and can be found hiking the local mountains throughout the seasons.

The belief that we all live in one community has fuelled him to get involved in the Run for Change society in helping men and women from the lower East side train for the annual Sun Run in collaboration with the Carnegie Community Centre. This passion for community has also led him to Recharge Tribe.
