Scott Andrews has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He currently teaches Sports and Fitness Nutrition at the Institution of Holistic Nutrition. He has worked with clients ranging from those recovering from chemo to ultra-endurance athletes.
He is locally recognized as an expert in the field of performance conditioning and weight loss. His use of the Paleolithic approach has helped many of his clients lose weight, train harder and reach their full potential. He has instructed countless people in the fitness industry on his methods and techniques. In order for his clients to reach optimal performance and vitality Scott coaches them on stress management, lifestyle modification and the importance of healthy eating.
